Life is all about questions: who are we? Where do we come from? What do we want to do with our lives?

Life is sometimes cruel and painful, and we wind up becoming cynical and doubtful, having moved on from the child-like faith and hope we once had. But hope still lives.

Life is short. Pray hard.

I got tired of not updating my website, and finally decided to do something about it. It's not easy to escape the clutches of inertia, but at the same time, every day is a gift. Every new day is a chance to live life out to the fullest. Thank God I finally decided to get going again.

It's COLD OUTSIDE! The temperatures are below zero with wind chills. I'm very thankful to God for the apartment I live in. It's still a little chilly in Pennsylvania, but nowhere near the pain that's outside. Hope all you Subaru drivers got out today, because tonight is just a freeze-fest. Ice is the great equalizer - it WILL mess with you, and it does not discriminate - please drive carefully.

Hoping the warm weather gets here soon.

* Subaru is making new strides in vehicle design... visit http://www.subaru.com for more info on their current offerings. The latest issue of Drive magazine has information about the concept car, as well as a proposed production vehicle. It looks pretty cool, and will supposedly be sporting a twin-turbocharged 395hp powerplant.

* The new year is a chance for many people to start "from scratch." Is it truly easier to start over on the edge of a new year, or is it really simply a question of what a person chooses to do? Interesting factors can certainly influence this time of year as the time to truly get your affairs in order. I guess the real issue here is what we choose to do with our time, and what we do when we decide it is time to make a change in our lives. Click here for the complete story.

Warmer days get nearer, and it gets easier and easier to spend time outside. I'm looking forward to the warmer (but not too warm) temperatures. More and more of the page comes up today... check out what you see.
